  2)demand a prompt solution

 I am a consumer of an electronic dictionary which I bought from an online store. I am writing the letter to make a complaint to you about something wrong with the electronic dictionary.

First and foremost, limited power capacity is very disappointing. The electronic dictionary must be recharged every now and then. In addition, the content of the electronic dictionary has a lot of mistakes. Last but not least, its keys are not very sensitive.
