     From this chart above, we can clearly observed that the number of students in college taking part-time job are adding up as their grade rise.Furthermore, what has to be noticed is the obvious uprush of senior students.

    With gradually fierce employment situation, most students have separated more energy into working experience in advance.Plus,some of them are actually facing financial difficulty.Hence,part-time job plays a growing role in campus life.

    As to why senior students take this in a rush, I assume one more factor may be relevant.Our learning system in college is obviously mismatched with social occupations.Many students have to hop around among many jobs before they find themselves valuable.Therefore,they must re-recognize the society as soon as possible.

    According to these issues mentioned above, I suggest our leadership in colleges should launch practical institutions for interest-oriented direct development and specific position training.Only in this way can students effectively realize what is suitable to them.
