Dear Sir,
I am currently working at ______, and am delighted to learn that you are collecting suggestions for the library service. In my opinion, there is indeed room for improvement. I'd like to share my personal view here.
It would certainly be beneficial if the library cards could be more effectively managed. Right now computer cataloguing is already widely used. Besides, it would help a lot if the reading room could be better lighted.
I appreciate the time you will take to consider my suggestions, and i sincerely hope there will be a change for the better.
